At Sacred Rest Postpartum, I am dedicated to guiding new parents through the powerful journey of the fourth trimester. My role as your Postpartum Doula is simple - to be a steady, calming presence that can help, teach, and support you. Together, we establish slow rhythms, learn new skills, and create community so you can feel rested, confident, and capable as you move forward in your motherhood journey.

Postpartum Doula Packages

Daytime Support

  • Non-judgemental emotional support

  • Meal preparation

  • Space and time for rest/recovery

  • Infant feeding support

  • Mom / Baby laundry

  • Light housekeeping

  • Investment: $40 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Overnight Support

  • Sleep support & newborn care to help you get restorative sleep

  • Detailed log of nightly activities and moods

  • Cleaning/sterilizing bottles and breast pump parts

  • Meal preparation

  • Investment: $50/hour (8 hour minimum)

Virtual Support

  • Six weeks of unlimited email & text support post-birth

  • Twice weekly 1 hour video chats

  • Personalized postpartum care plan

  • Emotional support

  • Lactation education

  • Newborn care support

  • Community resources & referrals 

  • Investment: $375
